Placing tasks in sequential order… The first step, now that you have defined your objectives and tasks is to begin to order them according to their dependency on each other. What task should be done first? What task has to be completed before moving to the next one? Tasks are specific, this is what the WBS dictionary is used for. Based on your definition of each task we can begin to evaluate the scheduling of tasks.

Factors to determining schedule… People (Human Capital) Money Time Risks Tracking Managing change WBS Dictionary…including the factors above, analyze your WBS dictionary to help make the best estimate of each objective/task.

Hours, Weeks, Months Break down the scheduling of tasks into hours, weeks, and months. This will give a total estimated time to complete objectives/tasks. It will also give an estimate as to where you will be spending the bulk of time.
