2. Friendship Week Friendship week is from the 6 th -10 th of February. On this week we try to fundraise money for 3 rd world countries by buying friendship bracelets. That way, we remember our dearest friends. "Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow. Don't walk behind me, I may not lead. Walk beside me and be my friend."

3. Amnesty International Amnesty International is Irelands largest human rights organisation. They have more than 3.2 million people working in more than 150 countries around the world. They work against torture and terror and to destroy the death penalty. By buying the friendship bracelets, you will help this generous organisation.

4. Everyone should have rights, no matter what colour or nationality they are. £ What rights do we have?

5. Human Rights 1. The rights to life and to live in freedom 2. The rights to our beliefs and to our religion. 3. The rights to a job, a fair wage for it and to join a trade union. 4. The rights to get married and to have a family. 5. The rights not to be hurt or tortured.

6. The Rights of a Child Even us children have rights! But in many countries, people use children as cheap labour. Amnesty International helps to stop this. What rights do children have?
