35. Appliances: Cooktops No oven underneath- space for cabinetry. Oven(s) moved to wall location so user doesn’t have to bend… but takes up more space in kitchen

36. Appliances: Wall Oven Easier to use / less bending but takes up wall space. Singles, doubles, singles tied with microwaves or warming drawers, etc.

37. Good example of “stacking” vertically orientated appliances together to create a uniform wall. FYI consideration needs to be taken for shielding “hot” appliances from “cold” appliances / i.e. don’t want to force your fridge into overtime parked next to a hot oven running 6 hours with a turkey…

38. Appliances: Dish washers Can raise off the floor to make easier for operator.

40. Note corners have been dropped- none of those crazy lazy susan corner units that drive me crazy and waste a lot of space!

45. Cool lighting (both natural and artificial), functional work areas / counter top spaces, zoned out for different tasks, no corners, clean lines, good vertical stacks. I would like to see the sink flipped so better tie to the cooktop.

46. Seems like they had to have everything imaginable (except for more space) and crammed it in. Where do you do food prep / what countertops? Island too small- feels like an obstacle. What would it be like to have more than one person prepping/cooking food in this kitchen?
