Relate the school song to the national anthem School Song Our school song is sung to the tune of "It's a Grand Old Flag". The Greenwood Stars We're the greenwood stars and we always aim high in our homes & at school & at play! We are helpful, too. To our friends we're true. We prove it to them every day! If you want to know, we'll be happy to show that we mean every word we say; We stand the test, we are the best! So it's greenwood, hip hip hooray! National Anthem The Star-Spangled Banner By Francis Scott Key Oh, say, can you see, by the dawn's early light, What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming? Whose broad stripes and bright stars, thru the perilous fight, O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming? And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air, Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there. O say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
