HOW TO DEPOSIT IN DURHAM RESEARCH ONLINE (DRO ) dro.admin@durham.ac.uk| Ext 41586 From April 2016, to be eligible for REF, AAM of journal articles and conference papers must be deposited in either a subject or institutional repository within 3 months of the publication date: ie earliest date when the final version of record is available on the publisher’s website. Often, this is the ‘early online date’ rather than the print date Select Browse and locate the file containing the full-text Final accepted post peer-reviewed version (AAM as described on the HEFCE diagram on the right) OR published version BUT ONLY if copyright agreement permits or an Article Processing Charge (APC) has been paid for Gold Open Access Select Upload Resource Record and file now queued for transfer to DRO and will be deposited within 5 working days BeginLoginRecordSaveCo-authorFull-text
