1. The Virtual Garden Cristinel Andone School No. 186

2. Statement of the Problem What is The Virtual Garden? The Virtual Garden is a real garden, real nature on a virtual space, somewhere on internet or like us on wikispaces.

3. Project Overview The Virtual Garden contains two parts:  Herbarium  Mural Mosaics

4. Herbaria The most important part of The Virtual Garden was Herbarium.

5. Herbaria from all of the partners

6. Hypothesis  The herbarium was made by students from Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania, coordinated by Biology teachers. Also it is a final joint product of our Comenius Project;  Each page contains a dried plant and basic information about it: name in Latin, in English and in mother tongue; location; family; herbalist; date and habitat;  The common languages used have been: Latin – the science language and English – the project language.

8.  Another part of The Virtual Garden and also a final joint product was “Mural Mosaics”.  The mural mosaics covered a lot of pictures and to achieve them students used their ICT skills.
