Innovation and Project Management Innovation is ideas successfully applied. Most innovations are generated in an organisational context by specialised individuals who integrate their knowledge in a collaborative fashion. This collaboration and knowledge integration occurs in interdisciplinary projects. Conclusion; Innovation and Project Management is closely related – projects constitute an organisational form to manage innovation. Therefore, we offer a course on innovation and project management.
