All rights reserved. ® Operator Training – Release 4.1.1 Performance Dashboard Using the Center View – What you should know Alarm Response Time Distribution heat map Measures response time to acknowledge and clear alarms Three alarm severities measured – CRI, MAJ, MIN For each severity the ‘time to respond’ criteria for measuring is preset New alarms Identifies the alarm that has been in a New state the longest without being acknowledged and notes the time Displays the average time it takes to acknowledge new alarms Acknowledged Alarms Identifies the alarm that has been in an Acknowledged state the longest without being cleared and notes the time Displays the average time it take to clear acknowledged alarms 5

All rights reserved. ® Operator Training – Release 4.1.1 Performance Dashboard Managing Dashboard Views Operators with Extended View permission (granted by the ReliaTel Administrator) are able to manage dashboard views; if you see this feature you have Extended View permission. Add, remove, rearrange portlets and save the new view Create a private, default view for a class of entities Operator’s views are private, not shared 9 Save view as…after rearranging, adding, removing portlets you can save that view, to be recalled later. User Default - Selected views can be set as user default views for entities; all entities of that class will inherit this default view. Delete view – personally created views can be deleted Clear all – pertains to views that have been pinned to entities – this option clears all pinned views Save view – allows you to save a customized view if you have made further changes to it.
