The Online Registration System Allows CMS Users to: - Gather custom data from registrants - Restrict the number of registrants per event - Set registrations expiration date - View event rosters - Download event roster data - View transaction reports -Receive email notifications when viewers register for events

3. Using the Registration System is simple. - Creating a Registration Event is similar to creating a calendar event. -Users can create a new event or search for an existing calendar event and apply a registration to it.

4. In Addition to the Standard Calendar Fields, the Registration Fields are: - Registration Type & Cost - Deadline -Cancellation Policy -Registration Email & Custom Commenting Fields -Additional Information Fields

5. The Registration feature in conjunction with the account’s Calendar System allows your viewers to register for workshops, expos, trainings, etc...

6. Viewers will notice a “Register Now” link next to the Registration events on the Calendar page.

7. Completing the Registration Form is easy! Select the Registration Type and enter all other necessary fields, such as credit card information.

8. Once the registration is completed, viewers must confirm their email address. Registrants receive a confirmation email containing a code they will need in order to complete the registration.
