How do you forgive the Unforgiveable?

1. Believe that God will judge all sin (Prov. 11:21). 2. Remember the ‘basis’ of forgiveness (Eph. 4:32). 7 Steps:

3. Confess the sin of bitterness (Matt. 18). 4. Make the decision to forgive. 5. Reaffirm the 3-fold promise as often as nec.

6.Renew your mind with Scripture. 7. Replace your bitterness with love (Matt. 5:44).

Why Must I Forgive?

1. God commands it (Mark 11:25). 2. I need to be forgiven (Mk. 11:26). 6 Reasons: 3. God has forgiven me (Col. 3:13).

4. I do not want to infect others (Heb. 12:15). 5. An unforgiving spirit harms me! 6 Reasons: 6. I want to be like Christ (I Peter 2:21).

Write down the name of that person that you have intentionally withheld forgiveness. _________ Do you like the feeling that has just come over you?

Take that name, …. now you and him/her stand before the CROSS, and allow Christ to bring reconciliation between you two.
