You’re going to produce 3 brainstorms in your books – 1 for each religion. Think about all of the features that you have found out about Christian, Muslim & Jewish weddings in today’s lesson. Which feature do you think is the strangest or the most interesting? Explain your answer. One of the features that we found out about in Muslim weddings is that they can be arranged marriages – this is especially true in Muslim countries. There are positive & negative points about arranged marriages (remember an arranged marriage is not the same as a forced marriage), you need to talk to your friends & the people that you live with & find out 3 positive points & 3 negative points about arranged marriages.
