Why are you here? What do you hope to accomplish? Do you ever plan a trip without having an itinerary, map or a GPS ? Goal Setting

It all starts with goals and identifying what is important to you. We all have choices to make each day, what choices will you make?

We only have 24 hours in a day, so how are you going to manage your time? Do you have/use a planner? What goals do you have for your GPA? Do you know how many hours a week you should be studying? Are you able to spend the time you need with your studies? Over 40% of college students say that procrastination is a major issue for them! Time Management

Do the people you hang out with, support you being in school? Do they ever encourage you to not study or attend class? Play video games, watch a movie or go out with friends? Surround yourself with positive people/choices

What kinds of things can we do to help set boundaries to be successful in school? Family Friends Work Civic organizations How do I set boundaries to be successful in school

There are lots of stress for college students! What you do you feel are stressors in your life? How can we address them? What kinds of stress do college students have? How can I manage that?

Do you have a budget? How do you pay for college? How can finances impact my success
