Do many of us drink tea properly? Do we take real pleasure in it? Do we know the benefits of our tea? Do we know how to choose tea beneficial for our body? How many species, varieties and useful properties of tea are there? Are people aware of dangerous chemically hazardous industrial ice tea?

u The aim of my research: to investigate the effects of tea on the human body to using the opportunity to review the process of making tea and its composition to study of all the subtleties of tea to compare home-made tea with industrial tea to make my own tea drink recipe helpful.

I set the following objectives: To get acquainted with the magic of brewing delicious and very useful tea drink; To explore different national ways of brewing tea; To discover useful features and learn in which cases the use of tea is harmful to the body; To examine the composition of tea; To compare chemical composition of some manufactured teas To have fun enjoying the brewing and drinking tea.
