Night time Behaviour – this is the big one! All children will test the boundaries – it’s our job to provide boundaries No getting out of bed unless it’s to use the bathroom! NO EXCEPTIONS! Leave and check method Stay in the room method – works great for young children or children with anxiety Follow good sleep training techniques Sleep sense is an excellent resource for this
