3. SHARE GROW BELONG 3 The Village Housing for Adults & Youth In partnership with Creative Center Society the Village offers housing for adults with mental health barriers and youth who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. The Villlage – 8937 School Street, Chilliwack BC

Application Process Youth or Social Worker completes and submits an application form Youth completes an interview and demonstrates a source of income If youth meets the criteria they will be given a move in date or placed on a first come first serve waitlist.
