PT2060/31TEMP module replaces our existing PT2060/30 module. Upon the release of the new PT2060/31, the PT2060/30 is obsolete. Spare parts are available for two years. But no new order will accept PT2060/30. Compare with the old PT2060/30, PT2060/31 has some new features. Input expanding to includes both thermo-couple(TC) and thermo-resistor (RTD) in 3-wire or 4-wire format Inputs are optically isolated from system for better accuracy and noise immune 24bit A/D conversion to assure high accuracy measurement Eight channels signal inputs per module Available in hot-insert Front panel and back panel can be randomly selected. No matching is required. Smart address to avoid system insertion error Utilize a dedicated module for transmission of 4-20mA

These process data will input into PT2060 system as part of the data stream together with vibration data for integral processing. Accepts inputs such as 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 1-5V, 0-10V etc. Optical isolated output from system. This is greatly enhanced the signal/noise ratio in some field application. PT2060/40 RELAY Relay module RELAY module is a programmable relay module that can be programmed with any status parameters (alarms(2)/ok) of any channel. The status of all channels can be programmed with ladder logic. The function is similar to PLC functions. Each RELAY module hold up to 16 relays.

R-RELAY module is a programmable relay module that can be programmed with any status parameters (alarms/ok) of any channel. The status of all channels can be programmed with ladder logic. The function is similar to PLC functions. Each R-RELAY module has two independent circuits that work independently.

Each 3-SPEED module contains one speed channel. Three of the 3-SPEED module together with PT2060/43 redundant relay module and dual PT2060/90 power supply modules composes of a over-speed protection system. The system takes up total four slots. Proximity probe & magnetic sensor

PT2060/53 Magnetic Pickup Magnetic speed sensor is available for over-speed measurement events per revolution with a maximum full scale range of RPM and a maximum input frequency of 10 kHz. Minimum input frequency for proximity transducers is Hz (1 RPM for 1 event/revolution) and for magnetic pickups (Speed signal conditioning only) is 3.3 Hz

PT2060/90 POWER Power Supply Module
POWER module includes two redundant half-height modules. Usually, one half-height power supply module is sufficient for normal operation. Power supply redundancy can be realized by uses both half-height modules.

Each /91 or /96 has a hardware RJ45 port for Modbus TCP communication Either Modbus TCP or Modbus RTU can be selected. Only one port among RJ45, RS232, RS485 can be selected in one module Each /91 Ethernet port can have up to 5 host. Recommend one host per port. Each /91 RS485/232 port can have only one host. Ethernet has transmission distance up to 100 meters (300 feet). What is the capacity for the rack System? 19"rack: 16slots total. The 16th slot is for power supplies, 15th is for 91, and the 13rd & 14th are for CM. Rest 12 slots are for 10,20,30,40,43,53,96.Up to 48 channels. 12"rack: Total 9 slots. The 9th slot is for power supplies, 8th is for 91, 7th is for CM or /10/40. Rest 6 slots are for 10,20,30,40,43,53,96.Up to 28 channels.

For 10 module, why each Eccentricity or Speed input takes 2 channels? Why system has to be configured as channel pairs Eccentricity requires one prox. Input and one phase reference. Speed measurement takes more CPU power than others. Each module consists of two CPUs.

For 40 module, How the processing logic realized? /40 is configured by PT2060-CFG software. It is a PLC type ladder logic. We are better than competitors with additional “NOT” logic to enable system to configure channel redundancy. Logic is processed by firmware.
