Different way to celebrating Christmas china style.

Christmas in china In china they celebrate Christmas a little different then the U.S. does. Instead of hanging lights outside there houses they hang paper lanterns around. They also use colorful paper chains around there house for some decoration.

Chinese Santa! They don’t call Santa, Santa they call him (dwyn-chuh-lau-oh- run) witch means Christmas old man. Instead of leaving milk and cookies out the Chinese leaves Tangerines and Oranges in a bowl.

Chinese tree of light In china they don’t hang ornaments and Christmas color lights around there tree. They put paper flowers, chains and lanturne around there tree. They don’t even call it a Christmas tree the call it the tree of light.

Muslin You usually have a stocking for Christmas. In china they have muslins. A muslin is just like a stocking butt a little smaller. They do the same idea with it though like put small presents in it.
6
Christmas Festivals In china you have to go to the Christmas parade. They celabrate Christmas and have like a little party for the chinese Christians. They also go to church like some people do in the U.S. People call it midnight mass when its past 12 because its considered Christmas.
