THE NURSE THAT: Shows up exactly when her shift begins or later. Is always in a hurry when providing care. Doesn’t look you in the eye when speaking with you. Makes commitments he doesn’t keep. Arrives before his shift ready to work. Plans her work, collects her supplies, then provides her care. Makes good eye contact when providing care. Follows up when commitments are made.

Historically nurses overall have been viewed the most honest and ethical professionals in the United States. Our job is to keep it that way!!!!
