5. Bavaria was part of the Roman Empire and marked the border to the north.

24. Battle of Lechfeld In 955 the Battle of Lechfeld took place near our school. Otto I the Great defeated the Hungarians. Some people say it was the foundation of Germany.

25. Via Claudia Augusta The Via Claudia Augusta is an ancient and very important Roman road. It runs only 3 km away from our school.
