All animals are marine except Hydra. The body is radially symmetrical. The body wall contain two layers – Ectoderm and Endoderm. Inbetween ectoderm and endoderm, there is a mesoglea. Diploblastic animals..Many coelenterate exhibit polymorphism. Example : obelia colony Presence of Nematocyst – Cells of defence – tentacle – When triggered,poison is penetrated in to the prey. Reproduce both asexually and sexually method..
