43. VMware IT Academy Instructor Requirements For each certified course, a VMware IT Academy Instructor needs to: Attend and actively participate in the specified course & any pre-requisite courses. This requirement can also be met by attending a Live On Line qualifying course, viewing a recorded Live On Line course and providing screen shots of completed labs either using the schools hardware or NDG’s virtual lab support that they make available for IT Academy instructor candidates for completing the lab requirement.
