I’m thinking here of the Incredible Hulk bursting from his clothes, Batman’s dramatic pole slide, and my favorite Wonder Woman’s twirl. And while superheroes may be fictional, the process of invoking their powers draws on some very real life research into the factors which boost your personal confidence, performance and success.
