Escalation Schemes. Remote Correction Of Problems (As Allowed By The Customer – Best IT Practices) Remote Software Updates & Upgrades (All Release Levels) As Allowed By The Customer) Support Line For User Questions And Identification Of Problems Monthly Performance Reporting By OSIsoft.
