Summary I’ve been riding for 6 years I enjoy riding both English and Western styles Some don’t give riding enough credit It’s a very good workout It tones every bit of your leg and abdominal muscles It takes just as much mental skill as it does physical skill In order to ride decently, horse and rider must trust and respect each other
