5  Groups  6-16 people per group  Space  At least 20x20ft area required per group  Time  Approximately 30-45 minutes per activity  Typical team building programs: 3-6 hours

6 HOW IT BENEFITS YOU  Expected outcomes:  Participants understand how co-workers operate  Participants value a cohesive effort over individual efforts  Participants make extra efforts to communicate with co- workers  Participants understand the strengths and weaknesses of their group Participants can set goals to improve their group weaknesses
