The first Healthy Eating meal I have decided to chose is ‘Italian-style beef stew’ This is a low calorie meal with beef, vegetables and different sauces to make a stew. You could have some brown bread with low fat butter spread to accompany this meal. Megan brodie

The second Healthy Eating meal I have decided to chose is ‘Lemon cod with basil bean mash’ This is a low calorie meal with cod drizzled in lemon juices With basil bean mash and a side of tomatoes. Megan brodie

The third Healthy Eating meal I have decided to chose is ‘Roasted veg & couscous salad’ This is a low calorie meal with roasted vegtables and a couscous salad. Throw together a filling and fragrant couscous salad for a vegetarian lunchbox meal, or double it for a buffet. Megan brodie
