Tonight’s story is about different natural disasters that can effect our country in many ways.

A tornado is a violent, dangerous, rotating column of the earth with the base of a cumulonimbus cloud. Tornadoes come in many different shapes and sizes but are in form of a funnel. There narrow end touches the earth and has a cloud of dust and debris that flows with it. Most tornadoes reach lower than 110 mph. Extreme tornadoes can reach as much as 300 mph.

A LANDSLIDE IS A wide range of ground movement that includes rock fall, deep failure of slopes, and shallow debris flow.
