The AIM of this programme is to provide opportunities for administrative staff mobility, to enhance cross cultural experience and work placement experience by means of one week work exchanges among University members within the Compostela Group ACTORS Non-academic staff members- CGU Universities- Secretariat There is a STEERING GROUP, made up by one representative of the following universities: -University of Vigo -Masaryk University, Brno -Erasmus Hogeschool Brussels -Public University of Navarra -University of Oulu AIMS and ACTORS Beatriz Iglesias Compostela Group of UniversitiesSTELLA Programme

4. 1 st STEP- OFERS (November-December): Member universities willing to participate in that particular call send to the CGU Secretariat: a) Letter of Endorsement: it can be valid for 1 or 2 years b) Offer form/s with the post/s they offer (1 form per offer) 1st week of January. 6. 2nd STEP- APPLICATIONS (January): Staff members of those CGU universities participating in the program fill in their applications on-line (one application per candidate), then print, sign & stamp, and send them to the coordinator of their home institution. Before filling in on-line their applications, the candidates should verify that their home institution (and CGU member) is participating in that particular call. The following documents are relevant for this second step: - List of participant universities and coordinators - Application Form Coordinators at each participant university collect all applications from own staff members. They should select a maximum of 3 applications and send them, specifying the order of preference (according to the priorities of his/her university), to the CGU Secretariat before 31st January. 9. 3 rd STEP- MATCH (February): The steering group meets for the selection of applicants and the awarding of grants. The main criteria are: a) Candidates: 1. Selection of the Coordinator 2. Equivalence between home and host departments 3. The candidates' preference b) Grants: They are awarded considering the distance between home and host universities. The CGU provides 20.000Euros/year for traveling expenses. Universities provide at least accommodation for the staff they receive. 3rd week of February. The CGU Secretariat sends the coordinators the list of selected applicants and grants. Within 15 days after the reception of the list, coordinators have to contact directly their selected participants, asking them to confirm their acceptance and must inform the secretariat, specifying the following: -name of their confirmed participants -name of host university and office to be visited -approximate date of the mobility DEVELOPMENT Beatriz Iglesias Compostela Group of UniversitiesSTELLA Programme

10. 4 th STEP- PUBLISH LIST (March): The list of selected applicants is shown at CGU website 5 th STEP – MOBILITIES TAKE PLACE (March – October) (excluding July and August) Any changes (dates, department, etc.) in the scheduled visits should be notified in advance to the Secretariat DEVELOPMENT Beatriz Iglesias Compostela Group of UniversitiesSTELLA Programme

11. 6 th STEP – CANDIDATES REPORT: Participant staff members should forward the Candidate Report Form and corresponding invoices to their home coordinator within 15 days after the end of their mobility. 7 th STEP – COORDINATORS REPORT: Coordinators write the University Report Form on the mobility flow at their university. They should send this report together with the ones received (see step 6) to the CGU Secretariat.
