Gather Data (Beginning) Where are we now and where do we want to be? Why are our students performing the way they are?

Study What did the data/information we collected tell us? What in our system processes and protocols of practice contribute to this? What are our student achievement goals?

Gather Data (End of cycle) What worked well, and what needs to be adjusted? What changes to our plan do we need to make?

Timelines Use of the CNA during 2007 – 2008 School Year Feedback on CNA is requested by June of 2008 for revised version

Timelines, continued … New School Improvement Planning Template (SIP) is projected to roll-out in Fall of 2007, for use in the next school year planning cycle Electronic portal for both the CNA and the SIP will be unveiled at the Fall SI Conference (November 5 th and 6 th, 2007)
