The Byrd Sanctuary provides learning support for Biology Courses Biology 1406, 1407, 1408, 1409 Anatomy and Physiology 2401, 2402 Microbiology 2420, 2421 Chemistry Courses Introductory Chemistry 1405, 1407 General Chemistry 1411, 1412 Organic Chemistry 2223, 2323, 2224, 2324 *Nutrition, Genetics and Environmental Biology support also available

Hours of operation Byrd Sanctuary Tutoring Lab for Natural Sciences Davis Science Rm 202 Summer 2013 Hours Monday - Thursday 7am-7pm Not all subject Tutors available at all times, check at sign-in desk for specific times. Hours subject to change.

The Lab Offers Study areas white boards and glass boards Computer stations equipped with learning software Printing station Room use only: -Anatomy Physiology 2401 and 2402 study DVD rentals (head phones available) -Models for Anatomy Physiology, Microbiology and Biology -Books available to view/study for all Natural Sciences courses -Study guides available -Solutions manuals to allow for practicing coursework -Magazine ‘zone’ - with current scientific journal articles -Calculators Mini-sessions offered for Chemistry Qualified Instructional Skills Specialists
