3 What is Practical English Writing? Practical English writing is defined as the varieties of English for practical purposes. In fact, practical English writing is part of non-literature written English. It is generally referred to as those common written documents for special purposes and in regular forms. Among the practical English writing, personal or business letters, notices, telegrams, telex, contracts, and advertisements are typical in daily life and work.

15 Course Assessment Students’ attendance of class (10%) Student’s unit assignments (in-class and after-class) (40%); Practical writing Test (50%). Note : 1.Regular attendance is required. Absence for one time will make you lose 1 point. If you ask for a leave in English, you will lose only 0.5 points 2.Writing assignment, whether for in-class or after-class practice, must be finished in time. Late or undone wok will make you get less points
