7. H UNGARICUMS A hungaricum is something unique, speciality that is peculiar to Hungary.

8. G OULASH Goulash is a soup or stew of pork and beef, noodles and vegetables, seasoned with pepper and other spices.

9. P EPPER Pepper is a spice made from ground, dried fruits of Capsicum annuum, either bell pepper or chilipepper varieties or mixtures. In Hungary the most famous spice pepper is from Szeged region.
