Two Tracks NRC proceeding continue stretched out over “the out years” The Nuclear Waste Policy Act is the law!...unless amended or repealed. President Obama, Secretary Chu and Senator Reid are pursuing alternatives to Yucca Mountain (Blue Ribbon Commission).
