3. 3 CUSTOM UNION TECHNICAL REGLAMENTS FOR TELECOM AND ELECTRO EQUIPMENT  CU TR 004/2011 «Safety of low voltage equipment»  CU TR 020/2011 «Electromagnetic compatibility of technical devices» APPROACH TO APPLYING CU TR  Certification is required only for the equipment specified in TR TC  Declarations for all other equipment (certificate is possible to issued at the request of the applicant)  Conformity to be only the equipment in which there are factors that are defined in CU TR  Confirmation requirements of TR TC with standards in accordance with the lists of standards published for each of the TR TC

5. 5 CU TR 020/2011 «ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY OF TECHNICAL DEVICES»  Applies to technical means capable to electromagnetic interference (emission and immunity): any electrical, electronic and radio devices and other devices with electrical and (or) electronic components  Electro equipment for home use, including audio- and video, TB and Broadcasting receivers, power supplies, charges, stabilizers, lamps  PC  Printers, monitors, scanners, multimedia etc. for PC  Electric tools  Electric musical instruments. LIST OF EQUIPMENT FOR CERTIFICATION EMC DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY is need for all professional Telecom equipment (for example cards, servers, base stations, access points, mobile phones etc.), industry controllers, other equipment with electronic and radio modules

6. 6 APPROACH TO APPLICATION OF STANDARDS IN CONFIRMATION FOR A CU TR  Approach to application only the list of standards for CU TR confirmation  Mail part of the standards are harmonized with IEC standards The specific list of standards for making the evidence to CU TR requirements  for certification: offered by the applicant and approved by certification body expert  for declaration: offered by the applicant

7. 7 CU TR TYPE APPROVAL 1с (certificate for series of product): testing in accredited test laboratory, factory inspection, certification, every year inspection. Applier: manufacturer or manufacturer’s Russian representative Validity from 1 to 5 years 3с (certificate for contract and invoice batch of products ): testing in accredited test laboratory, certification. Applier: Russian importer 4с (certificate for a single product): testing in accredited test laboratory, certification. Applier: Russian importer or representative Schemes of certification Schemes of declaration 3d (declaration for series of product): testing in accredited laboratory, factory(ies) inspection report(s), registration of the declaration Declarant: Russian representative. Validity from 1 to 5 years. Instead of declaration it is possible to make certification by the applicant's request 4d (declaration for contract and invoice batch of products or a single device): testing in accredited laboratory, registration of the declaration Declarant: Russian importer.
