The primary interface to the eAIM application for an external user will be the external eAIM website. This public website enables persons or entities to authenticate information using their eAIM specific account, provide all needed information to the FAA, and check the status of information submitted to the FAA.

Applicants will be authorized to access data related to their own organization. User authorization will be validated within the application.

17 Federal Aviation Administration Economic Authority and Insurance Management System OSWG Brief: March 18, 2015 eAIM Internal Users FAA users include AFS employees, non-AFS FAA employees and contractors, and OST/DOT employees and contractors. The eAIM internal website will be the primary interface to the eAIM process for authorized FAA and U.S. government personnel. FAA insurance analysts will be able to access all parts of the eAIM application. Other FAA and U.S. government users will be able to “read only” data.

The eAIM System will make air carrier economic authority and aircraft accident liability insurance information available to the WebOPSS application. WebOPSS will provide air carrier information to eAIM for processing air carrier economic authority and aircraft accident liability insurance information. WebOPSS
