Specific Actions Some examples proven & successful that can be studied & adapted: ● ●Energy & development awards & logistical support from SE4All ● ●Off-grid solutions that provide superior energy services, such as Lighting Africa ● ●PPPs to implement GET FIT so that nations can obtain support for the incremental costs of EE & RE ● ●Public or private financing (such as PACE) for EE & RE infrastructure ● ●Leasing options for EE & RE projects (such as Solar City) ● ●International support for nations where fossil-fuel subsidy reductions are implemented ● ●Carbon pricing, even at levels, as means to achieve SE4All objectives ● ●North-South partnerships at the national, city to city, or sub-national level, or between industries committed to cleaner production

The Road Forward to Rio+20 ● ●Focus is now on formulating an action agenda with initiatives that: Are transformational (real departure from the BAU) Advance clean energy deployment & access ● ●Major finding is that EE & RE together provide a best path to achieve the SE4All goals ● ●Projects meeting these goals (champions) will be afforded specific commendation and support from the UN Secretary General and SE4All Secretariat
