1. Navigate to the User Control Panel Click on User Control Panel Site: http://forum.life-coach-training-sa.com

2. The User Control Panel Click on Profile tab

3. Add Your General Details Add any details you wish to have included in your profile

4. Create a Signature Click on Edit signature Add in any detail you’d like to have included at the bottom of very post When you’ve finished, click on Submit Use the tabs to format your signature the way you want it

5. Create an Avatar (small picture) Click on Edit avatar If you have a picture (either a photo of yourself or an abstract) to represent you on the Board use photo image editing software to reduce the size to 96 pixels by 96 pixels and save it on your computer. The file size must be less than 29.3kb. When you’ve finished, click on Submit Upload the image that you have created or sourced by clicking this button to browse your computer

6. Change Your Email Address or Password To change your email address, enter the new address into both of these boxes To change your password, type the new password, enter your new password into both of these boxes. Then enter your old or existing password into this box When you’ve finished, click on Submit 1A 1B 2 Click on Edit account settings

7. The User Control Panel Click on Board Preferences tab

8. Change Display Options Choose how you wish to display topics and posts. ‘Descending’ will display with the newest at the top, ‘Ascending’ will display with oldest at the top When you’ve finished click on Submit
