Cheese Sauce with Golden Biscuit Bowls

Ingredients: 4Grand biscuits 2 C.Chili ½ C.Sour Cream

Directions: 1.Make (4) 3 ½ inch balls of foil. Flatten slightly. Place on baking sheet. 2.Roll each biscuit into a 5 ½ inch circle. Place each biscuit over each foil ball, shaping gently to fit around the foil. (Dough should not touch the baking sheet. 3.Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully remove bowls from foil. 4.While biscuits are baking, heat chili and make cheese sauce. Cooking Temp: 350°F Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes

Ingredients for Cheese Sauce: 1 ½ t.Butter 2 t.Flour ½ C.Milk 4 oz.Velveeta cheese - cubed

Directions for Cheese Sauce: 1.Melt butter on low heat in saucepan. Do not burn!! 2.Combine flour with butter in saucepan. Stirring w/wire whisk. 3.Add milk; stir with wire whisk until thickened. 4.Add cheese; stir with wooden spoon, until cheese is melted. 5.Heat chili in saucepan, while biscuit bowls are baking. 6.Spoon ½ C. chili in bowl, add cheese sauce and sour cream (optional)
