9 Vienna Convention Bureau The Vienna Convention Bureau is your neutral partner in Vienna. The VCB promotes Vienna as Central Europe's leading conference city. Financial Support: The Vienna Convention Bureau grants during the period November 01st to March 31st, and during the months of July and August financial assistance. Taking into consideration that 2000 delegates are staying during above period for 5 nights in Vienna, the financial assistance would amount between € 30,000 and € 34,000
