Received his bachelor and master degrees from Hacettepe University Department of Information Management. Recently enrolled in Matser and PhD program and works as a research assisstant at the same Department. He is the committee member of University and Research Librarians Association and also acts as assistant editor of Bilgi Dünyası, a refereed journal published by the same association. 4. Elsa Bitri İnformation Management / Master student Elsa Bitri was born in 1987 in Albania. Received her bachelor degree from İstanbul University Department of Information Management. Recently enrolled in master program of Hacettepe University Department of Information Management. Works at the Library of Kastamonu University. Speaks several languages such as Italian, Spanish and English along with Turkish and her mother tongue Albanian. Works in the Library of Hacettepe University as a student. Studied at Charles University, Prague, for a term as an Erasmus student.
