TO QUALIFY Special Programme Internship Visa; Visa number 416: This is a working visa for one year sponsored by Visitoz. It is specifically for those who have grown up on a farm, trained or worked in agriculture or veterinary science. It is also available to well qualified young people with any other skills which can be used in rural and outback Australia – such as nurses, teachers, construction workers, miners, hospitality and tourism workers and those who work in any branch of adventure tourism. It is also available to those who are very good horse riders, agricultural mechanics, diesel engineers or experience in other branches of agriculture including aquaculture. Couples with children may take part, age range 18 – 30.

1) Client does enquiry 2) I accept or decline 3) If accepted you call and confirm they know fees involved and want to go ahead 4) I then send you email of documents that client needs to complete and send back 5)Joanne then accepts and confirms and then requests more list of documents 6) Client pays you application fee and collects new list of documents. 7) We send all new docs to Joanna and she applies for visa. 8) We then wait 2 – 3 weeks for a reference and the letter for client to go get his Medical done 9) Client then goes to dedicated doctor for Medical and doctor sends it to Australia directly 10) We then wait 4 weeks or so for the visa to get approved. 11) Once visa is approved we get email, we then issue ticket and issue manual labor travel insurance update. You send all docs to me

INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE Thursday ‘Meet and Greet’: Arrive Thursday 6.30am and 8.30am. You will be met by our Greeter. Taken toYHA Hostel in Brisbane city. This one night accommodation is part of your package. At the YHA Hostel you will be given a welcome letter, a bus ticket to Rainbow Beach and directions on how to find the Roma St Transit Centre (a short walk away) and hostel vouchers Fraser’s on Rainbow hostel at Rainbow beach. Friday to Rainbow Beach: You will catch a bus to Rainbow Beach at 10.15am from Brisbane Transit Centre (ticket provided at the YHA) Saturday/Sunday- Weekend of relaxing or fun activities:(3 nights Fraser’s hostel voucher given by the YHA).

INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE Monday Paper work : We will send a private bus company called Pursers to collect you from the hostel at Rainbow Beach. Lunch will be on arrival at Springbrook Farm – the home of VisitOz. Tax File / Bank accounts and cards will be waiting if you have filled in the application online. Medicare applications completed. Shopping for boots, shirts and trousers, mobile phones, torches, pocket knives, adaptors and sim cards is all done here. Dinner is at your host training farm.

INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE Tuesday to Friday- The Training week /Training course covering horse riding, motorbikes, tractors, chainsaws, fencing & cattle work. The VisitOz team will organise and assist in job matching and job selection. You will need to conduct telephone interviews. Throughout the week jobs are offered, confirmed and travel to jobs organised. The team will provide you will a departure travel pack and necessary paperwork. Saturday- Beginning your journey to your job! Breakfast /packing/ Tidying up. Bus leaves from Springbrook Farm and takes participants to Gympie, Brisbane or the Airport.
