BACKROUND The unique Led module brought to Nigeria as part of the establishment of a regional center to promote savings and use of renewable energy in the Lagos Port. During the first half of next year an experimental power station will be generating electricity power by sea waves by organic waste using unique technologies developed by Israeli company EWP - Eco Wave Power Ltd and by US based company Blue Sphere ( W2E). Sea wave and Organic Waste generated electricity will provide power to demonstrate the effectiveness of the unique electronic lights. A pilot wave power plant will produce electricity out of sea waves in Lagos Port; And another pilot power plant will produce electricity out of organic waste in Lagos State chosen landfills. Regional center in Lagos for demonstrating new renewable energy sources & energy efficiency uses innovative technologies recently developed in Israel and the U.S. among others, by a EWP – Israel,Blue Sphere (W2E), US, and Global Tech LED from US.

THE PROJECT COMPANIES Eco Wave Power Company Ltd. EWP - signed an agreement with the Chinese government to establish power plants sea wave during a visit of Israel's prime minister in China. And is in advanced preparation s to establish several small scale pilot power plants in Israel and Belgium by end of this year Blue Sphere (NASDAQ: BLSP) develops, manages and owns waste-to-energy projects, thereby solving two major global problems: Energy shortage – Blue Sphere generates electricity from biogas derived from organic waste, Ecological damage – Preventing environmental problems, Blue Sphere produces clean energy by eliminating waste and by converting the harmful biogas methane (CH 4 ) into carbon dioxide. Global Tech LED- U.S began this year to market electronic lighting solutions in world markets after completing the consolidation in the U.S. market where it’s unique products have been marketed for three years. The company, decided that Nigeria will be one of the first countries outside the U.S. which will be demonstrating the efficacy and uniqueness of the new electronic bulb, and Lagos, together with Port Harcourt, were chosen to be the first cities in the region which public lighting will be replaced by innovative frugal bulb.

Energy Saving – Experimental figures I. Providing clean, cheap and efficient electricity to illuminate at first stage the sea side roads and Lagos Port of by middle of 2014. II. 50% funding costs of replacing existing lighting using a commercial bank that will finance the costs through a loan that be repaid by the cost savings of electric current public lighting. By accepting this program, Lagos City will be among several pioneer cities in the world (Together with Tel Aviv and Brussels) that illuminate its public light by clean, cheap and efficient renewable energy source; while using the cutting edge technologies of producing electricity out of sea waves (EWP) and illuminating its public lights by the new LED module, saving more than 70 % of electricity costs.
