2 Male 79 years old, chest pain in the evening (ECG 1)

3 Same patient 40 min. later…

4 Female 62 years old, intermittent chest pain for 2 days, permanent left chest pain for 40 minutes

5 Male 45 years old, chest pain > 6h before, cardiac arrest, ventricular fibrillation

6 Male 45 years old, no past medical history, chest pain irradiation into left arm

7 Male 66 years old, HBP untreated, chest pain for 3 hours

8 Female 70 years old, diabetes, HBP, severe dyspnea with SaO2 89%

9 Female 68 years old, diabetes, HBP, CVA, chest discomfort & left arm numbness 6 hours ago

10 Male 48 years old, HBP, Diabetes, severe chest pain, sweating & nausea for 4 hours

11 Male 39 years old, fever & chills for a few days, chest heaviness yesterday

12 Female 64 years old, diabetes, dyslipidemia, ischemic cardiopathy, chest pain for 30 min

13 Male 65 years old, hypertension, diabetes, past history of myocardial infarction

14 Same patient a few minutes later…

15 Male 53 years old, smoker, substernal chest pain in the evening

16 Male 79 years old, weakness in the morning, fainted, hypotension

17 Male 49 years old, vomiting for 2 days, epigastric pain & fever

18 Male 54 years old, gout, vomiting & epigastric pain the day before, chest discomfort this morning

19 Male 80 years old, diabetes, hypertension, no chest pain (troponine normal)
