EXECUTIVE SUMMARY PDQ ComponentYour CommunityAll Others Performance Distinction Quality The Confidence PDQ is a resource exclusive to the Confidence Program that provides a “snapshot” of your community's satisfaction survey results based on a “5-Star” rating system. A 5-Star PDQ ranking represents the highest Confidence PDQ Rating a community may achieve.
