We engaged with a variety of HEIs through site visits, drop in sessions, IT visits and regional workshops ▪Focussed interviews with key staff to understand the admissions process including: the Head of Admissions, admissions officers, marketing staff, IT staff and course tutors. ▪Mapped the end to end admissions process for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. ▪Explored the implications for part-time courses. ▪Focussed interviews with key IT staff to understand the current systems that support the admissions process. ▪Tested emerging models at regional workshops with a broad range of stakeholders.
