Content Strength of Course: Goals/Objectives are clearly stated, requirements are consistent, completion identifies mastery, additional resources provided, teaches integral skills. Weaknesses of Course: No syllabus, no privacy policy, name of instructor not given, expectations of academic integrity, copyright, plagiarism not clear. Recommendations: Clearly identify: syllabus, identify instructor, alternate contacts for instructor, privacy/integrity expectations.

Instructional Design Strength of Instructional Design: Variety, organized by units and lessons, engage students in higher order thinking, appropriate for grade level, instructor-student interaction. Weaknesses of Instructional Design: Auditory media, group work. Interaction between students and teacher: Oral component at the end of lessons, email instructor for exam password. Interaction among students: 4 discussion/responses. Recommendations: More interactive components and use links to navigate between modules.

Student Assessment Strength of Student Assessment: Evaluations are consistent, keeps students informed of progress, variety. Types and Frequency: Each lesson contains assessments, discussions, snapshots of in time website, oral components, exams. Recommendations: Make sure the final project (website) outweighs the other assessments.

Technology Strength of Technology: Clear/consistent navigation, software appropriate, additional technology resources, brief overview. Weaknesses: Not used in multiple formats and no alternatives. Types and Frequency: Online tutorials, web discussions, performance task. Recommendations: Additional forms of media and add a folder for all content tools.
