History of Crossfit Founded by former high-school gymnast Greg Glassman and Lauren Jenai Grew from 18 affiliated gyms in 2005 to approx 1,700 nationwide in 2010 Also has a division for children (Crossfit Kids)

What is Crossfit? A Fitness Revolution Crossfit incorporates the 10 basic elements of fitness 1. Agility 2. Balance 3. Speed 4. Power 5. Accuracy 6. Stamina 7. Coordination 8. Flexibility 9. Everyone wants to like the way they look and Crossfit is a different way to accomplish that Saves time rather than just going into the gym and working out randomly (longest workout is an hour) Get more out of Crossfit workout because it works your whole body
