3 INTRODUCTION Lippo Cikarang is Industrial Area managed by PT Lippo Cikarang. Based on Government Rules, Industrial Area must have WWTP to guarantee health and clean area.

11 Equalization Unit To overcome shock loading in term of Quantity and quality. Equalization I absorbs wasted water from clothing and food industries. Flow rate is 50 m3/hour and the Wasted Water are hold inside for 1.82 days.

12 Equalization II absorbs wasted waters from other sources
Equalization II absorbs wasted waters from other sources. And then mix together with wasted water from equalization I. Flow rate is 119 m3/hour and holding time 0,77 day. Dimensions : Length : 35 m Depth : 4,5 m (1m freeboard) Volume : 2187,5 m3

15 Aeration CMAS oxygenation
hydrodynamic purpose – wastewater mixing by air bubbles ensure regardful and intensive contact of micro-organisms with oxygen and purified water (organic pollution) Dimentions : Length : 76 m Width : 33 m Depth : 4,5 m (1m freeboard) Volume : 4838,75 m3

20 Third Stage (coagulation-floculation and post-sedimentation)
Coagulation is process to separate Pollutant in suspended form or Coloid, by adding Coagulant. Flocculation is process to form bigger floc by adding Floculant so that it can be easily sedimentated. Post-sedimentation is process to sedimentate chemical mud resulted from Coagulation and Floculation process. Chemical used: Coagulant : alum Floculant : polimer

24 Thickener Thickener Unit is used for thickening process of mud in Sedimentation Pool. Dimensions : Diameter : 12,5 m Depth : 3,5 m (1m freeboard) Volume : 368 m3

26 Belt press filtering Belt Press Filter is used for Mud Dewatering Process (decreasing water concentration) so that the muds can be easily and safely threw out in solid cake form. Dimensions : Length : 8 m Width : 6 m Sludge feed pump : 3-13 m3/d Wash water pump : 12 m3/d
