Statements of Intent and Statements of Performance Expectations The Minister has requested that DHBs refresh their SOIs in 2015/16 (section 139A(1) of the CE Act).section 139A(1) of the CE Act SPEs need to be tabled every year. DHBs will again have the choice about whether they extract modules or present the entire Annual Plan for tabling. We will provide advice in the new year about how to go about this.
