Plasmalipo uses a new technology called Plasma Light; Light source : 980nm diode laser Patented fiberoptic: Laser beam converts into Plasma light (Broadband Spectrum of Light) 0-30 Watt output power 1500 Watt Peak Power Continuous Wave (Cut), Pulse, Group Pulse mode Eliminating localised fat with Plasma Light energy is a relatively new technique. How does it work ? The Plasmalipo system uses 980 nm Diode Laser as a source. The technological advantage of the system is the conversion of the 980 nm diode laser into a light source at the target point, working between a 500 - 980 nm broadband spectrum of light and is named as Plasma Light. In a more simple explanation we are converting a thin band of selective laser beam into a ball of light with an area effect of 360º. The actual effect area is 3 mm in diameter. Research carried out indicates that at a distance of 1 mm the heat emission reaches a maximum of 80º C. At 3 mm distance the maximum heat emission reaches 45º C. With monochromated laserlypolysis systems at 1 mm distance heat emmission easily reaches 120º C at 2 mm reaches 80-85º C. Therefore the Plasmalipo system provides us with a serious advantage for reducing risks associated with heat.

The fat melted through Plasma energy can simultaneously be removed with suction. There is nearly no down time, minimal discomfort, hardly any ecchymosis and very rarely oedema occurs. Generally the following day patients are returning back to normal life. For a couple of days there can be some tenderness in the regions of spplication but very rarely pain is observed.

Plasma-Suction Technique Especially good for thick fat and larger areas. Due to simultaneous suctionthe r eduction of fat can be observed immediately. The final result can be observed between 4-8 weeks. Not compulsary to wear pressure garments, however still advised to wear for 48 to 72 hours. Compared with other techniques creates less trauma in patients. when combined with conventional liposuction trauma and down time reduces significantly. It has a great advantage with its skin tightening without side effects. Necrosis or carbonisation have not been observed.

Plasma-Liposhape ve Plasma-Tight Technique The Plasma–Liposhape technique is used for sculpturing, reshaping the body and for eliminating thin layers of fat. No suctioning is done with the Plasma-Liposhape technique. It is good for localised small areas. Compared with other laserlypolysis methods it saves time and uses less effort. Within a 7 to 10 days you can start observing the results. The final results can be seen within 1 to 2 months.

Can be used easily in both facial and body areas. The controlled heat emmission technology of Plasmalipo gives us a high rate of Success in skin tightening. We use 20 G thin cannulas. The Plasma energy also stimulates collagen renewal. You can observe skin tightening immediately. For a period of 6 months the skin continues to tighten and renew itself giving good rejuvenation results. Allthough we work very superficial to the skin the Plasma-Tight method does not burn or damage the skin.
